Beautiful paintings...a beautiful building which houses them...a history of Gadsden in photographs, a history of Emma Sansom...had a great afternoon and learned a lot...this is a must - see!!!

Great museum for the area. Friendly staff in a clean environment. Mixed with art the museum has moved forward in many way in the past few years even adding a complete upstairs showroom. In the center of downtown it worth your time to visit. It's free!

This is the smallest ' museum' I've ever been to. When I went, it had an interesting general history of Alabama timeline with lots of artifacts. They do seem to love their quilt shows here. Not exactly my thing but I can appreciate the hard work done in the works and exhibit. Also, it's free, so there's no harm in checking it out and making a donation if you enjoyed it.
