Mary K., I'm so glad you came out here. We do have a lot of families during the summer when school is out, but I can talk with our park interpreter about programs for older age groups. That is no problem, next time you come out (and I hope you do!) please come by the office, we would love to hear your thoughts on programing and activities more appropiate to your age.

Thank you so much for your kind review. We take pride in the appearance of the park, We have excellent people who know how important hospitality is for a small state park like Woolly Hollow. Also, thank you for coming out in December! People who camp in the winter get to experience off-season tranquility, eagle watching, migrating birds and the abundance of wild life that returns to the park when all the crowds have gone away. Thank you so much! and I completely agree! if you are here camping during the week it is so serene. We fill up on the weekends, but even full, we only have the 30 RV camp sites, so it still feels like an intimate setting and is quiet and peacefull. Thank you for the good review, we look forward to having you come again.

The opening of the multi purpose trail, Enders Fault MBT, (appprox. 9 miles) has brought in many more hiking and biking enthusiasts. We hope you return. Thank you for your review! Woolly Hollow is definitely one of Arkansas' smaller state parks, and we are working on expanding our trail system to accomodate more recreational activities. We should have a 10 mile mountain bike trail up and running in less than a year. We hope that you will consider re-visiting in the future!
