From the looks of what I saw this is purely a tourist operation and not used by the locals. The driver tries to give information as you go, but it was hard to hear him and much of it was advertisement for the places you were passing. For 1$ it was a fun way to pass a little time and see some of the city. I think it took less than an hour to ride the blue line circuit.

Pay a dollar (half for kids and seniors) and hop on for a round trip around Little Rock/North Little Rock. The trolley driver talks about points of interest as you go by - do not hesitate to ask anything, they are very helpful! A lot of interesting and fun facts about the city with nice views as well. Amazing time on the retro trolley car and some good pictures!

River Rail gives you a unique view of down town Little Rock and North Little Rock as well as an inexpensive ride across the Arkansas river. The drivers are knowledgeable, friendly and eager to tell passengers what they are seeing as they look out the windows of this vintage appearing trolley. The idea of two way tickets and on/off touring have not caught on as yet. But at a dollar per ride (half that for kids and seniors) this is a way to enjoy looking and have a little fun on the way.

greatt system and very good way to get a tour of the downtown area. best deal is to park at the Clinton Library for free and buy a $2 all day pass. Beautifully crafted construction on the trolley's themselves.

The River Rail streetcar was a great way to see the town. We had a great time with our 2 kids onboard. It took you past all the local attractions and there was also a running commentary by the driver. The price was really low and we got to see a lot. I would definitely recommend the streetcar ride, it really helped us get our bearings for arriving in a new city!

Parl your car for free in the car park at Main and 7th Avenue and jump on the tram/streetcar.A day pass is only $2 and you can jump on and off and enjoy the scenery and the story from the driver as you pass through Little Rock.It only covers the River area but it is definitely worth taking a ride - the streetcar takes you right down to the Clinton Presidential Library.Great fun and not to be missed.
