Congrats to all of you that made this place expand and renew itself into a marquee place to visit. There is something for everyone and I encourage those that like it, support it at annual fundraisers. This is a gem for residents and visitors alike

I've been going here since I was a kid, and it never fails to take me somewhere awesome. They have random great exhibits, and no matter how many times you go, it stays fun. It's close to other downtown sights and restaurants.

Spent the day at the River Market and first stop was museum of discovery. Great price on admission when compared to all they have for you to do. Definitely recommend a stop in.

This place has it all we went for a birthday party and had a blast. There is so much to do that you can easily spend hours exploring and enjoying yourself. It has a many things to do for young and old there are separate areas for the very young ones.

We expected this museum to be a smaller-scale version of a big-city children's museum. We took two 3-year-olds and were thrilled to discover that, in fact, it was better than a lot of the museums we have visited. Typically in these types of museums, the majority of the displays are broken - because of all of the wear and tear. In this museum almost everything was working and the displays were all very interesting and cleverly interactive. The newer "body" exhibit was a favorite and the "bed of nails" display is one not to miss. We will be back next time for sure!

We took extended family , ages 4-74, and every one had a great time! It is all hands on, from lying on a bed of nails to brain wave competitions. The staff presentations were well done. They are about 5 minutes long, but full of flames and smoke machines!

A bit spendy but lots and lots to do for kids. Even brings out the kids in adults. Very informative and will take up a solid half of your day. Special exhibits are extra.

There was alot to do and the kids enjoyed the hands on! So many different things to do, some for all ages of kids. Spread out nicely so no one gets run over and the stations were not too crowded. Pricing is good. My grand kids appreciated the different live animals on display. Some were things I had never seen before also. Would highly recommend it in cold and hot weather to do with the little ones.

Took the family there for a friends birthday party. We had a private science show that was awesome. This place is a real treasure for Little Rock.

We visited with my grandsons, 2 and 4 years old. They were completely immersed in the system of air tubes downstairs, at first watching older children and parents insert different colored scarves into the different entry ports and watching them zoom all through the tubes, in different directions based on which way valves were set, and rocketing out over their heads to float down in time for the children to catch them. We could hardly get away. Then went into the dragon castle, which is completely misleading, but utterly charming, small scale farm, with a life size cow for the kids to sit for photos, or just see up close, tractor wheel window to the outside corridor, silo, barn, chicken coop, and farmhouse; then, a dock with a real boat to sit in, and a play pirate ship with spyglass, steering wheel (that doesn't move, but is fun), and slide; and a lighthouse that the kids can climb up and see out the windows. Of course after what seemed like hours in that, we had to go back to the scarves and air tube system. What fun!!! The only food available inside is in the gift shop and vending machines; but there are restaraunts nearby.

This is a wonderful place to take the kids for a hands on , interactive, educational fun time. Lots of different activities and plenty of room. Perfect for a rainy day or fun field trip for kids or grandkids. Its very close to the Arkansas Wildlife Museum and the outdoor playground on the Arkansas River. Lots of good eating in the River Market area too.

What an adorable place! We stopped here on a cross country trip so the kids could have some fun and get their energy out! They had a blast! It was easy access off of the Route 40. I learned a lot about Arkansas natural history from the visit. There were a few live animals and they had all of their cages decorated for the Halloween! Adorable!!! It's also in a nice area to walk @ and have lunch.

I go here every time I am in Little Rock and it never disappoints. The changing exhibits are always interesting and the regular ones are always fun to go back to. At one point they offered a coupon for free kids meal with adult purchase at the nearby Boscos restaurant, but I cant remember if that is still going on. And it is right next to the River Market and everything downtown!
