Please note that the $20 price includes, free parking, unlimited use of all amusement rides and unlimited train rides on the Festival of Lights train. So happy to hear you had a great time! Yes, we have to close Dinoland because of the weather. Make sure to come visit us this summer, as it will be open again!We do use the caboose for our handicap visitors, if there is extra room we open it up to other visitors as well.I will let our Creative Director know of your recommendation with regard to the North Pole. Hello! We hope you had a fantastic holiday! The hot chocolate has to be lukewarm for safety reasons. I am shocked to hear you did not receive cookies, this is the first I am hearing of no cookies received. Please e-mail us at Edavilleusa1@gmail.comThank you for your positive review as well. We do offer a $20 ticket that does not include the Polar Express which seems like it would be more to your liking. The 20 minute train ride is included and all of the rides.We hope to see you next year!
