We took some friends with two children, they and we, had a blast on a hot summers day. Forgot water though, so remember to bring. Also bring snacks so kids can sit and rest for two minutes!

Brought the kids up here .... It really is a nice area ... We fed the animals and played on the playground .... If you explore a little you'll see what looks like the remains of ski lift maybe?.... We packed a lunch and had a great time ....

My 21 month old granddaughter had a great time. She loves animals and there were enough for her. They were also near enough so they could be seen. She had fun in the kiddie playground and sandbox. She got so excited with the water fountain trying to catch the water shooting up. We will definitely be back.

I almost forgot how great this park is! Bring your picnic basket and get ready for a good time. The animals are great to talk to and play with...especially the emus and pony-Rocket. You can buy feed for them but they are not open all the time to do so. Many people visit and they feed the animals, so the only way to control the intake of food for these animals is with the feed machines. 25 cents buys you a handful. Don't be alarmed if you go and they are not out...that means the animals are full and can not eat any more. There are plenty of picnic tables to enjoy your lunch, dinner or snacks. Bring bug spray...plenty of bugs in the wooded areas. Then there are the parks...yes, plural. There is a small one when you first come in, then there's the BIG slide and then there is THE park in the back with plenty of slides, swings, the big jungle gym, benches to sit if need be, but be prepared...you will want to get right in there with you child and play with them. There is also a water area for those hot summer days. Oh, and don't forget the butterflies! Maybe only when the flowers are in bloom but they are beautiful. It also has a nice walk way around the area to walk, run or jog. I could go on, but you must go see for yourself! The park does ask for donations such as kitty litter, cat food, wash clothes, towels, blankets, dishes, bowls, and other stuff. Check out their website before going.

We've been going here ever since we had our first child and after 5 years it's still a favorite. Great play areas that have expanded over the years and the animals are just enough for a quick visit and keep the kids happy.

This place is great! I brought my 6yo and 2.5yo girls here for the first time recently and wasn't totally sure what to expect. I was blown away! The 6yo LOVED the huge slide in Julia's Garden...she probably would've stayed there all day if I let her! Both girls enjoyed the playground...I was glad that there were enough things for both of them to play on and that it wasn't too big or too babyish. The zoo was a big hit! So many animals! I had read on many different sites that you could bring apples and carrots for the animals (we didn't bring any) but they've changed that and now have food there to feed the animals, they don't allow other food for the animals. No big deal, just make sure you have quarters for the food machine! We had a very nice lunch at one of the picnic tables, and on the way home both girls fell asleep...so I call that a successful day! There's also a big sand area set up like a beach...we didn't even make it there to play, but the many kids who were playing there looked like they were having a lot of fun!

My husband and I enjoy taking the dog and having a picnic on the summit. The grounds are clean. The wooded area keeps the park cool in the summer. Children's play area includes a giant sandbox and water fountain. Zoo has a nice variety of animals that children will enjoy.

The World I Memorial Park and Zoo is a great time for family. The kids love the animals and it is so much fun to feed them. n The park is well maintained. The playground areas are always a hit with the kids.

A place young children will love. You can feed the animals and use the swings and slides. Adults can hike the trails, and there are picnic areas with grills. Its' all free.

We've lived in North Attleboro for 35 years and the Memorial Park has been improved since our kids were little, but it's still a great place for us to walk as a couple now,and it can be challenging if you go the right way! Fun for families to spend the day, beautiful full grown trees to picnic under (bring your own lunch), and the feeding zoo is great after the play ground swings and slides. It really is a beautiful park with something for everyone in the family, even if Grandpa only wants to nap.

The WWI Park is an excellent site for families with young children. There are slides, swings, and other equipment for children. There is a zoo that is well maintained. One of the highlights is a sand area that has been constructed to resemble a beach. For those who may want to exercise the perimeter road offers both straight and hilly sections.
