The Grill on the Hill was an awesome place to go for lunch. The food was great and the view of the course was breathtaking. It was a very nice relaxing lunch!!!

Fun with friends and no lost balls! Good work clearing the leaves!Every year this course gets better and better! The restaurant run by "The Manor" is a great 19th hole!

What a surprise I had when I went to play Green Hill. I've lived in central Mass for my entire life and never thought of playing or heard of this course. The greens, fairways, bunkers were well maintained, the views were some of the best of any course I've played. I paid $44 with a cart on Sunday (after 3), the best deal around. Definitely will go back. A must try!

I recently had my bridal show here in March and the service was horrible. I was fortunate to have my bridal party come early to help set up the room for me while I got ready and came a little later on. Well when they arrived they asked the server to notify someone to remove a big piece of ice on the walk way and if they can go through the front door to bring everything in the server said absolutely not an alarm would sound but when I and other guest arrived we used the front door without a problem due to the ice which was never removed. The bathrooms were disgusting looked like they haven't been clean since they closed in October. My mother asked the server if she could turn up the heat and she said don't keep going outside, guest were arriving. The tables were not set up as we discussed with Janet, the event coordinator. Janet was no where to be found I heard she stopped by for a few minutes and left right before I arrived. My guest noticed they're coffee cups were dirty with hair in it when I brought it to the servers attention she put her hand in the cup and said they are just stained nothing we can do, I was appalled and asked for new ones. Coffee was not served until almost noon, the shower started at 11am, I was furious as most of my guest are older they have been there for an hour with nothing but juice to drink. They said they were having issues, for 2 hours?!? we all got there at 10am to set up, go to DD and get a box of joe better then having none. I will say the food served which was from The Manor was good, was not cooked on site thank god the kitchen was disgusting. The grill on the hill was not ready to open that day! I was so upset after my shower I sent an email to Janet explaining everything that had happened. She said she was appalled that her staff would do anything like that and would talk to her head server and get back me. This was March 1st I'm still waiting to here back and I'm done so this is my review. If the blonde server is really your head server you need to fire her ASAP she is the rudest waitress I have ever had to deal with. I will never go to the grill on the hill again and will not refer any business your way. It really sad you guys have a beautiful place you just have no idea how to run it.

I was pleasantly suprised at the shape this course was in. For the price I highly recommend playing here. Although it is crowded, the pace of play keeps pace. The front nine are rather short yardage wise, but the back really opens up. Almost scottish links-like with the hills. Also the greens were in wonderful condition and it has a nice view of the surrounding area.

The restaurant on the golf area was fantastic. The food , the view , the silence and best of all , the warm and friendly servise from the stuff of the restaurant. Don't miss it if you are in the area.

I'm not a golfer, I happened to be there by chance when I was in Green hill park and drove to the Golf area. I stepped in the restaurant, It has wonderful wonderful view to the golf field and a small lake. Looks like to price in food place is NOT that expensive. $15 menu you get good meal. I'll try that sometime to enjoy the view. It is better to try a relaxing place like this with a great view in front of you than a crowded food bar.

I went golfing today at Green Hill Country Club, which is a public course. The course was busy but since we were only interested in nine holes they got us on right away, playing the back nine. Yes, this is a very hilly course but it is extremely well kept. Also very nice views of the city.We saw very serious golfers and other hacks like ourselves who were just out for a good time.Around $60 including a cart for two people is a very good deal. Hope to return soon.

Great place to golf, beautiful views. Fairly new grounds, new restaurant with entertaining captions for sandwiches. Nice deck to have a drink, get lunch or dinner. Weekend entertainment is ok, views are terrific on outside deck. Inside bartenders are friendly.

Under-appreciated golf course in central Mass. I belong to a private club, but I've been there twice this year. Course condition was surprisingly good, greens a bit hairy but fair. You will see a lot of play, so bring your patience, as the level of golf is a bit hackerish, and a round will take 4-1/2 plus hours if it's busy, and it usually is. Tough to walk, so unless your ready for it, do take a cart. Prices are reasonable. The 'Grill on the hill" is only fair, but adequate.

We hosted a rehearsal dinner at the "Grill". Wonderful food and service! Outside seating area is complete with a beautiful view!

A little hilly but all in all a good course. I have done a 9 holes a few times here last year and fairways were very well maintained.
