Josh was extremely helpful and very patient with us as we tried to make up our mind which TV we wanted. Delivery team arrived within the 3 hour schedule and were quick to assmble and get us up and familiar enough that we could operate the TV. Only negative was that the delivery guys could have done a little better job cleaning up the small pieces of styrofoam packaging.
